Aaron Greider
Co-Founder, Head of Sales
Aaron brings 17 years of experience in talent consulting, sales, team management, and full-cycle solutions for complex recruitment challenges. Before co-founding THM, Aaron led sales for one of the nation’s largest and most respected RPO and sourcing firms. Aaron’s clientele spans the spectrum from Fortune 100 companies to startups. Whatever the recruitment challenge is, Aaron has a unique combination of experience and strategy to accomplish the goal.
While not working, Aaron enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife and three children. Originally from the St. Louis area, Aaron now resides with his family in McKinney, TX.
Matthew Jennings
Co-Founder
Matthew Jennings has 25 years of experience in the areas of sales, operations, team development, and technology. Prior to co-founding THM, Matthew was a partner in one of the Big Four accounting firms. He built and led large, diverse teams of motivated individuals to solve complex technology problems in a wide range of industries. Matthew loves to work with clients to understand their business, the challenges they face, and how to support them by using the right mix of people, process, and technology.
When Matthew is not working, he enjoys traveling, eating good food, drinking good wine, and fortunately, the occasional workout at the gym.
Matthew is originally from the United Kingdom and lives with his wife and dog in one of the suburbs of Dallas, Texas.
Colby Vaughn
VP of Operations
Colby has 10 years of experience in customer service, talent acquisition, and business development. His first priority is to ensure his clients have the highest satisfaction, and that their expectations are exceeded. Working with him, you will know you are set up in the best possible way to achieve your hiring goals.
In his spare time, Colby enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, can never turn down a hibachi dinner, and escapes when he can to the golf course. Colby was born and raised in the DFW area.

Bryan Rothrock

Bryan has a proven track record of success in every aspect of the talent acquisition space. As Director of Key Accounts, Bryan understands the unique challenges of his clients and crafts innovative processes and strategies to achieve actual results.
When not working, Bryan is an avid golfer and traveler. He lives in the DFW area with his wife and dog.
